Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product received is defective upon arrival

  • Significant damage during transit (proof required)

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Compatibility issues

  • Used, altered, or physically damaged items

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

 

3. Refund Process

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be completed within 7–14 working days after approval.
