• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• East Malaysia: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service. Tracking details will be provided where available.
